I am a writer and musician living somewhere in Mississippi. I write mostly stories and essays. I also play in various musical groups. If you need some live entertainment in the general ArkLaMiss area, hit me up. I’m also 1/3 of a band named The Metrocenter, releasing original instrumental tunes.
If you want to receive these brief blog-like essays in handy email form, I have set up a Substack that cross-posts everything here.
My first collection of stories, The Portable Son, was published in November 2011 by Aqueous Books. Also in 2011, I published an ebook of literary criticism with Veronica Scott Esposito called Lady Chatterley’s Brother. I have stopped working on that novel.
